This project consisted of a 25 million dollar redevelopment of an existing senior living community in Phoenix, AZ.  We acted as the onsite representative for the Owner, American Baptist Foundation (ABHOW) and Greystone Development. This facility was occupied during the construction phase and required extensive coordination between existing facility operations and construction.  This is an outstanding facility offering residential living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support care.    

This project involved the total interior and exterior remodeling of an older existing Phoenix building into a state of the art laser surgery center and women’s health facility.  We acted as the Owners representative during budgeting and final design through construction completion.  This building provided a substantial upgrade from the Dr.’s previous facility and allows them ownership of the building as a portfolio asset.
